Project Guidance Platform

A PMBOK® v6-structured project guidance platform built specifically for small to mid-size local government — with plain-language search, vendor accountability, document control, and a built-in teaching layer for teams that aren't PMP®-certified.

PGP covers all ten PMBOK knowledge areas in a unified system. Your project managers get structure and guidance. Your administrators get a documentation trail and audit readiness. Your leadership gets dashboard visibility. All from a single on-premises deployment. PGP guides — it doesn't force: leave out what you don't need and the system flags the gaps with notices rather than blocking the work.

Inside PGP

Every module opens with a PMBOK Guidance panel — the teaching layer in context, not a manual you have to go find. Here, Scope Management links each requirement to the WBS, with the new Search and EGS AI tabs one click away.

New in v3.3: the Search and EGS AI tabs now sit alongside every project module — ask a plain-language question without leaving the project.

Turning on EGS AI

Leave it out and the assistant page simply shows as inactive — Project Search keeps working either way. Nothing leaves your network unless you explicitly opt in to a remote endpoint.

Governance — Configurable Enforcement

Where PGP guides, EPGP governs. The same lifecycle structure with configurable enforcement — gated phases that can require sign-off before advancing, rules that block instead of merely flagging, and a complete audit trail. You decide how strict it is, domain by domain.

  • Gated phases — require criteria and sign-off before a project advances
  • Configurable rules — flag, warn, or hard-block, per your policy
  • Full audit trail — who changed what, when, and why
  • Built on the PGP guidance foundation — same records, stricter controls
  • Suited to regulated and high-accountability environments
Timeline: EPGP development follows PGP revenue. Built for entities that need enforced governance rather than guidance. Inquire to be placed on the notification list.

Sequenced. Deliberate. Revenue-funded.

Each product builds on the last. No parallel development chasing features. One-man shop, sequenced to ship — not to demo.
